Team Margot first developed and launched givingtohelpothers.org in partnership with NHS Blood and Transplant, an education programme for children of primary school ages in October 2017, explaining how we can all… well, give to help others.
This video was amongst the first pieces of collateral to be created. It’s for children to watch and share with their family & loved ones and it encourages them to consider how they can help.
Following the closure of the charity, Team Margot Foundation in December 2024, we worked towards finding a new “home” for the valuable educational resources Team Margot created, developed and hosted on givingtohelpothers.org
We were delighted when NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) agreed to include some of these resources on their educational platform hub, beginning with an outreach campaign with all primary schools in Brixton, during September 2025.
In a sense, it was an obvious and natural handover of these resources and we were particularly pleased because it showed positive progression by NHSBT towards more primary school education activity.
In creating these resources, Team Margot’s intention was that by equipping teachers with engaging, relevant and appropriate resources and also the background information they needed to teach these subjects, we would work towards two of our desired outcomes, namely :
Thank you for sharing.
