Margot’s brother, Rufus started learning Karate at the age of four and today (12) remains a student (purple belt). Similarly, Digby (5) took up Karate last year and for a while, I did too.
Thank you very much to everyone at London Karate for schooling me & my boys in the “Shukokai do” style of Karate, which means “way for all”.
As a parent, I absolutely share your core values of self discipline, good manners and respect for others and it’s wonderful to now have the formal support of Kyo Rei Shukokai Karate – London Karate LTD.
Special thanks to the Chief Instructor of London Karate, Sensai Alexander Horsfall (5th Dan Black Belt) for making this happen and also for lending me your special pink belt !

Team Margot’s mission
To help save and improve lives by educating, inspiring and motivating people, especially from ethnically diverse communities, to register as blood, organ, stem cell and bone marrow donors and to provide a range of support to families caring for child cancer patients.
Team Margot also provides secretariat support to the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Ethnicity Transplantation and Transfusion.
